"My order was shipped Fed Ex, who indicated that the order was delivered on 9/19. The picture posted, Fed Ex is not my home, nor do I recognize it any place near by. I have messaged Lanza about this and am waiting to hear back. I strongly recommend you do not use Fed Ex when shipping to Georgetown, they never get the deliveries right & there is always an issue. I do not feel as a customer I should have to go searching for a package that is Fed Ex has delivered incorrectly. I will await a call from Lanza in regard to this issue and expect you to track down the order to have it delivered correctly or refund my money."
